Customer Service Advisor – £23,500 + Free Parking + Early Friday Finish!
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Bishops Stortford

What you’ll be doing:
*Handling customer queries across phone and email (friendly tone essential!)
*Helping customers with product questions, delivery updates, faults, and returns
*Keeping things organised while keeping your cool
*Being part of a lively, supportive team that actually enjoys working together
*Bringing a bit of humour and positivity to the day (they love this!)
What they need from you:
*A solid background in customer service (retail OR office)
*Confident communicator on the phone and in writing
*A real team player who’s happy to get stuck in
*Someone who loves learning — full training provided on their awesome, unique product
*Ability to multitask and deliver top-tier customer service
