This is an exciting role for a paralegal who has post-qualification experience in financial services and is looking to take on an exciting role in supporting the legal function. This is a hands on role with opportunities to expand into broader legal operations and contract management responsibilities.
Your new role
*Managing document execution workflows and maintaining clear, reliable records.
*Maintaining and improving core legal systems, inbox management, trackers and document repositories.
*Overseeing the legal invoicing process and maintaining visibility of departmental spend.
*Supporting process improvement initiatives, automation projects and the development of standardised legal playbooks.
*Assisting with the use of legal AI tools to streamline processes such as NDA generation and document negotiation.
*Taking ownership of the NDA process end-to-end, including reviewing third party templates and coordinating execution.
*Supporting a range of legal matters, including DSARs, entity setup processes and commercial contract reviews.
Please note this role requires 5 days in the office in central London.

What you’ll need to succeed
*A Law degree (LLB or equivalent), ideally with experience gained in financial services or another fast-paced, regulated environment.
*Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
*Confidence managing multiple priorities within an in-house legal or corporate environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and responsive stakeholder approach.
*Experience owning legal processes end-to-end, such as NDAs, document execution or contract tracking workflows.
*Strong Excel and systems skills with reliable record-keeping capabilities.
*A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and support ad hoc projects.
*Experience in DSARs
