£90 - £95 a day
Randstad is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in March and the surrounding villages. In this full-time position, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
At Randstad, you will have a dedicated consultant who will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey. We are committed to finding the right placements for you and ensuring your experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant is fulfilling and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
*Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs
*Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
*Supporting students with their social and emotional development
*Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
*Engaging and interactive teaching style
*Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
*Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
