Our client operates within a fast-paced, essential services environment, supporting customers across the UK - and they are continuing to grow.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries via phone and email. This is a busy and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing inbound customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
*Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
*Updating internal systems with clear and accurate notes
*Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
*Delivering service excellence in line with company standards
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
*Have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
*Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
*Remain calm under pressure and can manage sensitive conversations
*Have strong attention to detail and good IT skills
*Are team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
