We are seeking an experienced Transition & Transformation (T&T) Programme Manager to lead the transition of an established managed services operation into a QDC / SSRO-aligned framework. This is a key strategic programme supporting contract re-award, long-term compliance, and delivery assurance.
Rate : £700 p/day (inside IR35)
Security Clearance - essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead transition of a managed services model into a QDC-compliant operating and governance framework.
*Translate QDC/SSRO requirements into practical and achievable delivery changes.
*Define and manage programme scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and success criteria.
*Support target operating model design across people, process, controls and approvals.
*Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Security, Architecture and Operations.
*Establish programme governance, RAID, dependencies, decisions and assurance artefacts.
*Ensure outputs are traceable, defensible and audit-ready.
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Proven delivery of complex transition/transformation programmes within regulated or high-governance environments.
*Strong planning, dependency management and programme control capability.
*Ability to work across commercial, finance, delivery and technical functions.
*Comfortable delivering with ambiguity, imperfect data and tight timelines.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
*Exposure to QDC/SSRO, defence or public-sector regulated frameworks.
*Experience transitioning managed services or outsourced delivery models.
*Understanding of cost evidence, assurance or audit-focused environments.
