Job Description:
Administrator (part-time)
We are working with a privately owned, growing company on the lookout for a part-time Administrator to join their offices in Shipston-on-Stour. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a customer focused approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities:
*Handling sales calls and processing orders taken over the phone
*Processing online orders
*Customer Support: answering questions relating to orders already in progress
*Applying badges onto clothing, using heat press
*Communicating with the Warehouse Manager to advise of orders ready for processing
*Taking payment for orders
*Processing returns from customers
*Maintaining CRM database
*General office administration
*Preparing for and attending the industry’s three-day tradeshow each year
*Advising customers on product selection, and troubleshooting issues over the phone (when fully trained on product range)
*Ordering stock
As such we would like you to have/be:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Professional telephone manner
*Computer literate
*Positive attitude, energetic approach to work
*Team player
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Sales or customer service experience (advantageous not essential)
*Knowledge of SAP Business One (advantageous not essential)
