This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by conducting pre-move surveys and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting on-site and virtual pre-move surveys for household goods (HHG) relocations
*Assessing volume, access, packing requirements, and special handling needs
*Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for domestic moves
*Advising customers on packing services, storage solutions, and insurance options
*Building strong relationships with prospective clients to maximise conversion rates
*Following up on quotations to secure confirmed bookings
*Liaising with operations teams to ensure smooth handovers
*Maintaining CRM systems with detailed and accurate survey information
*Identifying upselling opportunities including export wrapping and storage
*Managing a pipeline of sales leads and meeting revenue targets
*Representing the company professionally during customer interactions
*Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity


Key Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience as a Removal Sales Estimator within the removals industry
*Strong knowledge of household goods relocations and survey processes
*Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
*Ability to accurately calculate move volumes and pricing
*Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
*Full UK driving licence
