Due to this being a Mobile Cleaner position, you will need to have a full UK drivers license and your own vehicle to be able to get to different locations when needed on an ad-hoc basis.
Responsibilities
*Perform thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
*Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are kept spotless and well-maintained
*Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls as needed
*Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
*Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
*Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working within client premises

Skills
*Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
*Full UK drivers license is essential and own vehicle
*Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Good organisational skills and time management to prioritise tasks effectively
*Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and prolonged periods on foot
*Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
