Finance Operations Executive – SaaS (Salesforce)
London - Hybrid
6-month FTC with a strong chance of going permanent

I’m working with a growing SaaS / tech business that needs extra support in its finance operations team during a busy period.

This is a hands-on role split roughly 50/50 between collections and order desk / billing support . You’ll be working directly in Salesforce day to day, helping keep billing accurate, data clean, and cash moving.

It’s a practical role, well suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail and working across teams to sort issues quickly. Salesforce experience is essential

What you’ll be doing
Collections (UK & North America)
* Managing a customer ledger and chasing overdue payments
* Speaking with customers by phone and email
* Using collections tools to prioritise workload
* Monitoring ageing and escalating issues when needed
* Keeping clear notes and following agreed processes
Order desk & billing support
* Reviewing orders, subscriptions, renewals, and amendments in Salesforce
* Supporting accurate billing cycles
* Investigating queries around pricing, contracts, missing POs, and data issues
* Making sure customer and subscription data is correct in Salesforce
* Working closely with sales and customer teams to prevent repeat issues
What they’re looking for
* Experience in finance ops, billing, collections, AR, or order management
* Hands-on Salesforce experience (this is a must)
* Comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy work
* Confident communicator who’s happy dealing with customers
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
