Monday - Friday
Are you a highly skilled Vehicle Technician or Master Technician looking for your next challenge? My client, a well-established main dealership in Tunbridge Wells, is expanding their team and seeking a dedicated Master Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop.
About the Role:
As a Master Technician, you will:
*Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and major engine repairs.
*Use the latest diagnostic equipment to detect faults and recommend solutions.
*Support the Workshop Controller by overseeing and delegating work.
*Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards in all repairs and servicing.
*Attend ongoing training and development to stay ahead in the industry.
*Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
*A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
*Experience working in a main dealership is desirable but not essential.
