Your new role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging early-years learning. You will help with daily routines, group activities, early phonics, and general classroom duties. You may also provide occasional targeted 1:1 support. Your role will help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where young children feel supported, safe, and motivated.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience working with EYFS children, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to follow teacher direction. A genuine passion for early years development is essential.
