Job Title: Plumbing Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Derbyshire - Centre based
Salary: £28,800 - £36,500 (depending on qualifications) + welcome bonus!
Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
*Must be a qualified and experienced Plumber.
*Must be ’Gas Safe’ registered.
*Experience of training Apprentices / colleagues is highly desirable.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Duties include:
*Deliver Plumbing qualifications, primarily Level 1, across practical and theoretical competencies.
*The successful candidate may also be expected to deliver additional Construction based courses.
*Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
*Embedding of Maths, English and ICT in to delivery.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
*Provide support on internal verification processes as required.
