Job Description:
One of the UK’s leading food led contract catering companies is looking for a Head Chef for a flagship Private School near Doncaster with an emphasis to get the pupils excited about food.
You will be working under an Executive Head Chef who has everything organised and operates a slick operation. You will work side by side and look after a team of 10 Chefs.
Here is a snapshot of one Head Chef Contract:
*Salary £35,000 - £36,000
*Paid 52 weeks a year
*Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays
*750 pupils
*Term Time Only
*Cookery School
*Fully staffed team / brigade
*Stunning flagship private school near Doncaster
*Fine dining – street food – bowl food – pure excitement
*Closed Bank Holidays/Christmas
*Award winning company
The ideal Head Chef will come for a hotel background who can scale up from street food to fine dining.
The added bonus to this role is that you will be working for a company where you can progress from Head Chef to Exec Chef, Development, Area, Operations and Director roles.
