Commercial Solicitor (3+ Years’ PQE)

A well-established law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, specialising in Corporate, Commercial, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution legal services for businesses, is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor with circa 3+ years’ PQE to join its growing team.
This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with business clients, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice across a wide range of sectors.
The Role
As the successful candidate, you will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
*Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a wide range of business contracts to ensure that clients effectively manage their business and their relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers and business partners
*Advising on commercial agreements such as terms and conditions, supply agreements, service agreements, distribution and agency agreements
*Working alongside colleagues in the corporate, litigation and ADR teams to provide joined-up, strategic advice to clients
*Assisting clients with commercial risk management and dispute avoidance
*Managing a varied caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
*Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with circa 3+ years’ PQE in commercial law
*Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic, commercially aware approach
*Experience advising business clients and understanding their commercial objectives
*Confident, organised and capable of managing matters efficiently
*A collaborative team player with an interest in working within a business-focused practice
