Your new role
You will be a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands stock processes, and wants a varied position within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and supplier statements
*Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end tasks
*Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock control processes
*Investigating stock discrepancies and liaising with suppliers
*Updating internal systems with accurate financial and stock data
*General administrative and finance support as required

What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience in an accounts or finance support role
*Confident working with stock systems or inventory management
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software, ideally Xero
*Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
