Job Description:
This role is based in Dubai, UAE. Relocation is required.
Buckingham Real Estate is a well-established and fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in residential and off-plan property sales. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking ambitious UK-based professionals who are motivated to relocate to Dubai and build a long-term, high-earning career in real estate.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset who are driven by performance, career progression, and international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Advising clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential properties in Dubai
*Managing and nurturing leads provided by the company and through self-generation
*Conducting property viewings and client meetings
*Negotiating offers and closing property transactions
*Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Staying informed on Dubai property market trends and developments
Candidate Requirements
*Currently based in the United Kingdom
*Willing and able to relocate to Dubai, UAE
*Previous sales experience (property, finance, tele sales, automotive, or similar preferred)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
*Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
*Professional appearance and attitude
*Valid driving license preferred
Previous Dubai real estate experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
