One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor to join their growing team.
You’ll be teacher learners (classroom - site based) on their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship curriculum, helping them achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Do
*Deliver high-quality teaching/training sessions onsite in Wythenshawe, Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
*Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
*Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
*What We’re Looking For
*Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
*Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
*Desirable:
*Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
*Knowledge of government-funded training
*Level 3 or 4 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - If you dont have these quals but have significant industry and teaching experience, my client will support with gaining these qualifications
