The role:*Identify and develop high-value sales opportunities within robotics and industrial automation markets

*Promote advanced engineering and automation capabilities to new and existing customers

*Lead complex technical sales processes where accuracy in specification and commercial proposals is critical

*Secure new customers and build long-term strategic partnerships

Skills & Experience needed:*Proven sales or business development experience within an engineering or technical sector
*A solid understanding of advanced manufacturing processes, ideally with a background of selling Automation or Robotics solutions.
*Strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
*Demonstrated ability to close opportunities and manage follow-up effectively

*Commercial awareness with sound judgement and high ethical standards
