Job Description:
Sales Executive
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)
My client is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join their growing team. We are looking for candidates who are confident, hard working and motivated to promote and sell insurance plans to clients and existing customers.
Daily Duties:
The primary function of a sales executive is to represent customers’ interests, providing unbiased advice and tailored solutions that fit the clients needs.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for your clients, building long lasting relationships.
Promoting and selling insurance plans to prospective customers.
Contacting and securing new business accounts.
Contact prospect clients who have enquired through the websites.
Discuss the clients requirements for insurance (budget, pre-existing conditions, level of cover, geographical area of cover, etc.)
Personal Skillset:
Self-motivation
Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Proficiency in IT, excel, outlook and other software
A methodical approach and problem-solving skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
High level of mathematical ability is a plus
Language skills such as German, Italian, Spanish and French would be preferred but not a requirement
