We are recruiting for an experienced All-Round Repair Multi-Skilled Plumber to work on a busy Social Housing repairs & maintenance contract. This role offers consistent, long-term work carrying out day-to-day repairs across occupied and void properties.

Your new role
*Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations in social housing properties
*Complete multi-trade tasks such as basic joinery, plaster patching, tiling or painting when required
*Diagnose issues, provide effective solutions, and deliver high-quality quality construction
*Attend responsive and planned maintenance jobs in occupied and avoided homes
*Work professionally with tenants and maintain excellent customer service
*Ensure all repairs meet safety, compliance and quality standards
What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
*Experience working in social housing (responsive repairs or voids preferred)
*Strong multi-trade ability
*Full UK Driving licence
