Job Description:
Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive - Loughborough
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy residential property team.
The Role:
*Manage an independent caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
*Supervise and support staff
*Contribute to business development, networking and client relationship building
About You:
*Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
*Experience with freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and site acquisition
*Able to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering excellent client care
*Proactive with strong networking and business development skills
