Location: Bury St Edmunds Hybrid (mix of office and remote working)Salary: Basic between 25k-30k + Competitive Commission (Uncapped OTE of circa 50k) Our client is a leading provider of technological solutions. Job Purpose They are seeking a motivated, professional, and organised B2B Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities * Proactively source and generate leads through cold calling activities, industry and business networking, face to face meetings and social media.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
* Conduct customer meetings at all levels, including boardroom presentations.
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations.
* Prepare and present quotations and proposals aligned with customer budgets and company profit margins.
* Close sales efficiently and effectively.
* Provide ongoing account management to retain and grow existing clients.
* Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team to achieve individual and company goals.
* Update, manage, and maintain CRM systems and supplier portals.
Key Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales
* A self-starter with strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
* Professional appearance and conduct, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, supplier portals, and sales tools is a plus.
