My Edinburgh based client are currently hiring for a Sales Executive to join their retention team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of an outbound sales environment who is used to working to targets and helping to retain customers through excellent customer service.
In this role you will be making outbound calls to customer providing information on renewals and additional products as well as managing customer complaints and feedback. You will also provide inbound support for customers, dealing with a number of queries and seeking to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
The relevant candidate for this role will have the following experience
*Experience of outbound and inbound sales environments
*Experience of customer complaints and resolutions
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience using a CRM tool
*Strong negotiation skills
*Experience working to targets within a team environment
