About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Sheffield. In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oneand smallsupport to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties).
Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt materials and learning activities.
Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication needs.
Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking, and individual support plans.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
About You
