We’re Hiring | 3D Artist (Automotive Visualisation)
Location: Gaydon, UK
Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Employment
Work Model: Hybrid – 5 days/week from client location
Openings: 4 Positions

About the RoleWe are looking for talented 3D Artists with a strong background in automotive visualization to support premium vehicle exterior and interior projects. You’ll collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to transform complex CAD data into high-quality renders, animations, and real-time experiences.
What You’ll Be Working On High-quality hard-surface modeling with clean topology for vehicle exteriors and detailed interiors
Creating realistic materials using PBR workflows, including glass, chrome, leather, and automotive paint
Advanced lighting and composition, using HDRI setups to enhance form and silhouette
Translating CAD/NURBS data into optimized polygonal meshes for visualization
Scene optimization for real-time applications, such as interactive car configurators
Post-production work, retouching and compositing renders into real-world environments
Core Tools & Technologies 3D Modeling & Animation: 3ds Max, Maya (Blender knowledge is a plus)
Automotive Visualization: Autodesk VRED
Real-Time Engines: Unreal Engine 5
Texturing & Materials: Adobe Substance 3D Painter & Designer
Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift
CAD Data Handling: Alias, CATIA, SolidWorks (or similar)
What We’re Looking For Strong experience in automotive or product visualization
Excellent eye for detail, lighting, and realism
Ability to balance visual quality and performance
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative studio environment
Passion for cars, design, and digital craftsmanship
