Job Description:
I’m supporting a major transformation programme that requires a Senior Business Analyst with strong PM/Programme capability. This role focusses on operating model redesign across several business areas, combining hands-on delivery with high-quality analysis and documentation.

What you’ll be working on:
*Designing new Roles & Responsibilities, Service Definitions, Service Models, and SLAs
*Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior SMEs
*Producing clear, structured current-state and future-state documentation
*Supporting strategic improvements across onboarding, customer journeys, risk & controls, and operational resilience
*Delivering change activity while maintaining continuity of service

What they’re looking for:
*Senior BA with project delivery and PM-style skills
*Strong experience in TOM, Org Design, and structural documentation
*Confident workshop facilitator, able to work with senior experts
*Excellent documentation skills with a high level of structure and precision
*Background in a complex, regulated environment
*Understanding of end-to-end operational flows is beneficial.
*Awareness of cross-entity service provision is helpful.
