Central London (Hybrid 3–4 days)
Up to £75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £130k–£150k OTE Year 1)

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the UK partnerships function for an investor-backed workplace wellbeing technology business transforming how organisations approach performance, engagement and employee health.


About the Company
Our client has developed an all-in-one workplace wellbeing and performance platform, combining digital health support, employee engagement technology, analytics and leadership tools.
Following continued investment and strong market traction, the business is expanding its UK go-to-market strategy and building a high-performing partnerships function.


The Role
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing and managing strategic B2B partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
You will develop and execute partnership strategies across enterprise organisations, HR consultancies, EAP providers, healthcare institutions, government bodies and reseller channels.
This role requires a commercially driven professional with experience in SaaS, HR Tech, HealthTech or related B2B technology sectors.


Key Responsibilities
*Identify, negotiate and onboard high-value UK strategic and channel partnerships
*Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives
*Drive partnership-led lead generation and enterprise pipeline growth
*Manage partner lifecycle, performance and enablement
*Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
*Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership teams
*Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and conferences
*Provide market intelligence and insight into HR Tech and corporate wellness trends


About You
*3–5+ years’ experience in Partnerships, Channel Management, Business Development or Strategic Alliances
*Background in HR Tech, SaaS, HealthTech, Corporate Wellness or B2B Technology
*Proven experience managing multiple strategic partnerships within the UK market
*Demonstrable track record of driving revenue through partner or indirect sales channels
*Experience negotiating commercial agreements (ideally £100K+ ARR)
*Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes
*Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
*Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
