What You’ll Be Doing as an Enrolment Specialist
As the successful Enrolment Specialist, you will:
*Call and engage eligible patients, providing clarity on how the remote monitoring service works
*Build trust, answer questions, and reassure patients who may feel anxious or unsure
*Guide patients through onboarding including login, consent and initial questionnaires
*Support patients who are considering leaving the programme and reduce churn through confident, empathetic conversations
*Use internal platforms to record all interactions accurately
*Support other teams when required
*Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture with visibility of results on a team leaderboard
What We’re Looking For:
*Fluent written and spoken English
*Warm, patient and reassuring communication style
*Ability to calm and motivate patients, including those less comfortable with technology
*Resilience and determination & comfortable with high-volume calling
*Strong organisational skills and accurate record-keeping
*Experience using CRM or support tools
*Motivation to work towards KPIs and performance incentives
*Flexibility to work Saturdays and shifts between 8am–8pm
