Job Description:
We are partnered with an Asset Management business in supporting with the hire of a Digital Marketing Manager to be in a standalone role. This person will need to be able to drive business growth through strategic initiatives as well as be able to take on more executional responsibilities that are typical in a standalone position.
Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver high-performing B2B lead generation across core digital channels.
*Manage and optimise organic budgets to maximise ROI and commercial impact.
*Build and optimise acquisition journeys in Pardot using A/B testing and data insights.
*Drive creative, innovative digital campaigns to capture adviser and investor attention.
*Own performance measurement, attribution and reporting, linking marketing activity to business outcomes.
*Define and lead website strategy, delivering compelling digital experiences
*Use analytics and customer insight to prioritise and optimise performance
*Design and enhance customer journeys to increase engagement and results
Required Skillset
*6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in Asset Management or Financial Services
*Ability to work closely with Compliance to ensure marketing initiatives are adhering to regulatory guidelines
*Familiarity with WordPress and experience managing web content, analytics and SEO tools.
*Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help other team members and stakeholders
*Proactive problem-solver who thrives on ownership and driving meaningful results.
