Job Description:
We have partnered with a Global Asset Management business in supporting with a key hire within their EMEA Marketing function. This newly created role will be tasked with creating, positioning, and setting the strategic direction of client campaigns and activations across institutional audiences that support their product platforms.
This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing differentiated marketing strategies that elevate product positioning, strengthen brand awareness, and support commercial objectives across fund offerings and asset class capabilities.
Key Responsibilities *Partner with senior stakeholders to createdifferentiated, high-impact marketing campaigns that clearly articulate the firm’s value proposition and fund offerings
*Act as a local segment marketing champion for Europe when partnering with stakeholders on product materials, positioning, capabilities messaging, and targeted communications
*Develop and execute audience-led content marketing strategies across specific products and asset classes
*Collaborate closely with distribution teams to identify market gaps and opportunities, developing strategic materials to increase awareness and engagement
*Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA marketing strategy aligned to key business objectives
*Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to ensure strong competitive positioning
*Leverage competitive analysis, sales feedback, client insights, and usage data to refine strategy and align with market demand
*Lead and support special projects and broader marketing initiatives as required
Required Experience
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 8-15 years’ work experience in Investment Management, in marketing, communication or related field.
*Previous experience with marketing campaigns targeting an Institutional audience and executing on marketing strategy
*Previous experience with digital marketing, lifecycle marketing and marketing nurture journeys is preferred
*Able to work with multiple teams, build and maintain strong relationships and negotiate
*Strong abilities in the areas of problem solving, project management, decision making, and communication (verbal and written)
*Must be detail oriented and have excellent planning, and time management skills
*Must be able to manage expectations, attend to details, balance multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
*Experience with private markets/real estate marketing an advantage.
