The Opportunity
Working on a hybrid basis between home and the Swinton branch, you will benefit from a steady pipeline of mortgage and protection leads generated by an experienced estate agency team.
The last broker covering this territory banked over £200,000 in broker fees, proc fees and protection/life business, resulting in six-figure earnings, demonstrating the strength of this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Work closely with estate agency staff in branch
*Conduct face-to-face and remote appointments
*Convert high-quality mortgage leads
*Manage your own pipeline and client relationships
*Generate repeat and referral business
