Veritas Education are working with a secondary mainstream school within the Leeds area who are looking for a maths teacher to start as soon as possible. The role will be a long term contract, till the end of the academic year.
The Role:
*Responsible for foundation level, GCSE and A-Level maths teacher cover, with allocated PPA time across the role.
*Ensure lessons are planned, prepared and delivered at an appropriate level to the class being taught to maintain student engagement and academic progress.
*Follow classroom management and behaviour policies, to ensure a safe, inclusive and undisrupted learning environment for students to thrive in.
*Mark and assess completed work for all classes, providing appropriate feedback and constructive feedback on where students can progress and improve.
*Be confident delivering engaging lessons to range of different age groups and abilities.

All applicants must hold a valid QTS and have direct experience teaching maths across GCSE and A-Level too.
