Due to continued growth within the affluent residential market and strong mortgage demand, we are seeking an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker to join this high-performing operation.
This role offers strong lead flow, high-value cases, and genuine high earnings potential within a supportive estate agency environment.
The Role
Working across two premium estate agency branches in Sale & Didsbury, you will operate on a hybrid basis, building strong relationships with negotiators and branch managers while delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
Both branches operate in affluent areas with larger loan sizes and high-value properties, creating excellent earning potential.
Key Information
*Average property value: £390,000+
*Regular properties exceeding £900,000
*Average case size: £2,500
*20–25 mortgage appointments per month
*8–10 mortgage sign-ups monthly
*70%+ protection conversion
*Realistic OTE £75,000+
Key Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Work across Sale & Didsbury branches (3–4 days office initially)
*Conduct face-to-face and remote appointments
*Convert estate agency leads
*Manage pipeline and client relationships
*Build strong introducer relationships
*Maintain FCA-compliant advice
Employed Package
*Basic salary up to £35,000 (incl. car allowance)
*Monthly bonuses & uncapped commission
*Commission splits 5%–32%
*Pension & Death in Service

Self-Employed Option
*70% commission on self-generated business
*45% on company leads

Requirements
*CeMAP qualified
*CAS status
*Mortgage advisory experience
*Estate agency experience desirable
*HNW client experience advantageous
*Commutable to Sale & Didsbury
