Job Description:
Administrative Officer
PAY: £14.83 per hour
HOURS: 25- 30 hours per week - willing to discuss how hours are worked across Monday - Friday.
We are recruiting an Administrative Support Officer to work on behalf of our client, supporting their service delivery through high-quality administration, customer engagement and efficient processes. This is a part-time role offering flexibility on how and when the hours are worked, up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide effective administrative support using established processes and procedures.
*Act as a key point of contact in a customer-facing environment, assessing needs and taking timely, appropriate actions.
*Carry out data analysis and produce accurate administrative documentation and reports as required.
*Communicate professionally with a wide range of audiences and handling telephone enquiries.
*Develop and maintain administrative tasks and workflows to support service delivery.
*Work flexibly across a range of duties, adapting to new tasks and learning as required.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience in administrative roles with strong understanding of organisational procedures.
*Experience working in customer-facing environments, demonstrating sound judgement and responsiveness.
*Ability to complete data analysis and handle information accurately.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, including telephone and presentation experience.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to support and improve administrative processes.
*Confident IT skills
*Flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn new tasks.
*Ability to travel between locations if required.
