What You’ll Do*Lead front-of-house operations during service
*Inspire and support servers, hosts, and bar staff
*Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
*Ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency
*Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
*Monitor stock levels and support daily administrative tasks
