This is a superb opportunity for an established self-employed broker or advisor with an existing client base who is seeking additional new clients, consistent leads, and excellent earnings potential.
The OpportunityWorking on a hybrid basis between home and a busy estate agency branch in Eastbourne, you will receive 30–40 new mortgage leads per month from a proactive and supportive sales team.
By building strong relationships within the branch and maintaining visibility, you will benefit from high-quality introductions and a steady flow of new business.
Key Responsibilities*Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
*Work hybrid between home and estate agency branch
*Manage and convert 30–40 new leads per month
*Build rapport with branch team and introducers
*Manage own diary and appointments

*Maintain FCA compliant advice
