A fantastic opportunity has come up with a leading energy transition company in London that sits at the crossroads of commodities, risk management, and low carbon innovation. The roles sits on their Corporate Energy Sales team and blends client relationship ownership across a large corporate portfolio with hands on structuring of multi commodity hedging solutions.
Responsibilities:
*Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across multiple European markets (German, Italian, or Polish ideally)
*Provide clients with market updates and tailor made risk solutions
*Execute in energy derivatives in power, gas, emissions, and oil markets
*Work closely with the trading team to offer best prices and trade execution
Essential Experience:
*Experience managing corporate clients in either Germany, Italy, or Poland
*Proven ability to structure and execute hedging strategies across a wide range of energy derivatives in power, gas, emissions, and oil markets
*Strong understanding of credit strcutures related to energy trading
*Strong analytical skills
*Strong understanding of energy market fundamentals
*Excellent commuication skills in a client facing environment
*Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
*Excellent organisation skills
