Responsibilities
*Lead transaction execution across direct investments, co-investments, and selective and strategic fund and listed opportunities
*Build and maintain regional and sector relationships to source proprietary opportunities and partnerships in infrastructure
*Drive due diligence, valuation and business case development, managing cross-functional deal teams
*Negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate external third parties
*Prepare and present investment materials to approval forums
*Oversee portfolio asset management, partnering with boards and management teams

Requirements
*Strong previous investment experience in direct infrastructure
*End-to-end deal experience from sourcing to execution to asset management
*Track record negotiating terms and managing complex transactions
*Experience with company boards either as an observer or member
