This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, resilient, and strategic leader to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
This specialist setting supports pupils with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, and associated behavioural challenges. Your leadership style will balance high expectations with empathy, ensuring both pupils and staff are supported to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

*Extensive SEND experience, particularly within SEMH and complex needs.

*Exceptional behaviour management and crisis de-escalation skills.

*A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and raising outcomes for vulnerable learners.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a specialist setting while benefiting from the support and guidance of Tradewind Recruitment, with a clear pathway to a permanent role.
