Pre-School Teaching Assistant – EYFS | Mainstream Primary School Are you passionate about early childhood development? Do you enjoy supporting young children as they take their first steps into education?

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-School Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team and support children within our Nursery/Pre-School provision.

The Role As a Pre-School Teaching Assistant, you will:

*Support children aged 3–4 within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


*Assist with delivering play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework


*Support children’s early communication, language, literacy and numeracy development


*Promote positive behaviour and social skills


*Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment


*Observe, monitor and record children’s progress


*Support children with additional needs where required


*Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team


We Are Looking For Someone Who:*Has experience working in a nursery or pre-school setting


*Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework


*Is warm, patient and enthusiastic


*Can build positive relationships with young children and families


*Is flexible, proactive and a strong team player


*Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
