Job Description:
Aspire People are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a network of primary schools in Salford. We have both short-term and long-term opportunities available.
These roles are suitable for candidates with experience supporting pupils with:
Autism (ASC)
ADHD
Speech and Language needs
Moderate learning difficulties
SEMH needs
The Role May Include:
1:1 and small-group SEND support.
Delivering structured interventions.
Supporting access to the National Curriculum.
Implementing behaviour support plans.
Supporting personal care where required.
Working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals.
Requirements:
Recent SEND experience (school-based preferred).
A patient and empathetic approach.
Flexible and adaptable mindset.
Strong safeguarding awareness.
Willingness to work across different year groups.
