Locations: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Stevenage
Reports To: Area Managing Supervisor or Working Supervisor

As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will:
Deliver high-quality repairs
*Carry out work to a high standard in your primary trade.
*Complete secondary trade tasks to support excellent first-time fix performance.
*Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service
*Deliver repairs with professionalism, care and respect for customers’ homes.
*Help us achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets.
Work safely and responsibly
*Assess risks before starting work and apply appropriate Health & Safety controls.
*Report near misses and incidents promptly.
*Follow safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable customers.
Look after tools, equipment and vehicles
*Maintain company vehicles to required standards.
*Manage van stock efficiently.
*Ensure tools and equipment are safe, certified and well maintained.

*Meeting or exceeding First Time Fix targets.
*Compliance with legislation, policies and safety standards.
*Efficient and professional repair delivery.
*Strong teamwork and effective communication.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Proven competence in your primary trade.
*Strong multi-trade skills to support first-visit repairs.
*Experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment.
*Ability to work independently and follow agreed procedures.
*Good organisational and time-management skills.
*Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
*Physically able to carry out tasks safely.
*Comfortable working safely in varied environments.
Qualifications
*NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in a relevant trade or equivalent recognised competency.
