Key elements of the role include:
*Supervising and supporting staff including workload allocation, training and reviewing performance
*Maintaining and improving internal processes
*Being a key contact for clients
*Assisting partners with strategic planning, compliance and business development initiatives
*Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and professional guidelines
Ideally, you will have :
*Previous management experience within an accountancy practice
*Excellent client relationship management skills
*The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
*A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent experience
