The Role:
As a Lettings Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and tailored lettings experience for both landlords and tenants. You’ll be working with a portfolio of exceptional properties and a client base that expects nothing short of excellence. This role requires a polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is passionate about Prime Central London property.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from valuation through to move-in
*Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and relocation agents
*Conduct viewings with confidence and market expertise
*Negotiate tenancy terms and secure deals with a focus on value and discretion
*Stay informed on market trends, rental values, and compliance requirements
*Liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth tenant onboarding
*Represent the brand with professionalism, knowledge and integrity
About You:
*Proven track record in residential lettings, ideally within Prime Central London
*Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
*Driven, well-organised and detail-oriented
*Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to different client personalities
*Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
*ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) preferred
