I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, professional company supplying high-quality fabricated products into the commercial sector. The business has a strong reputation for quality and is looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a busy office environment.
The Role This position will play a key part in supporting daily accounts administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
* Processing supplier invoices and sales orders using Sage 50
* Matching invoices to deliveries and reconciling supplier statements
* Credit control and chasing overdue payments
* Processing weekly payroll
* Credit card reconciliations
* Producing Excel spreadsheets and management reports
What We’re Looking For * Minimum 1 year’s experience using Sage 50 (essential)
* Confident managing accounts processes including credit control
* Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Professional communication skills and strong phone manner
* Full UK driving licence
