We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work within a residential service.
This role involves supporting individuals in a residential setting, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred outcomes while ensuring safe and effective care.
Role Responsibilities
*Deliver person-centred support
*Promote independence, dignity, and choice
*Follow care plans and risk assessments
*Support with daily living tasks
*Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must already hold the following:
*A valid DBS (within 12 months or on the Update Service)
*All-in-one mandatory training, including:
*Practical Manual Handling
*Practical Basic Life Support
*Care Certificate (current or expired accepted)
*Oral Health training
*Dysphagia awareness
*Epilepsy training
*Oliver McGowan Tier 1 and Tier 2 Training
