Project Manager
Location: Gloucester (1 day per week) + UK customer site visits
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Our client, a leading IT services organisation, is hiring a Project Manager to deliver network, security and broader IT infrastructure projects across a varied UK customer base.


This role offers the opportunity to transition from a SaaS environment into IT services delivery, working on end-to-end technical projects with real customer impact.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard — building strong, trusted relationships with customers throughout.


What you’ll do
*Manage the full lifecycle of network, security and IT infrastructure projects
*Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery
*Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers
*Manage project plans, budgets, risks and governance
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards


You’ll work closely with technical engineers, service teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client experience.


What we’re looking for
*Project management experience within a SaaS or technology environment
*Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
*Proven track record of delivering technical or IT-focused projects
*Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
