Customer Service Advisor / Customer Experience Advisor
Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Job Type: Full-time
*Please be advised that candidates will only be considered if they have office based customer service experience, managed high volume inbound calls, emails and live chat interactions.
*Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete Cognitive Ability and Aptitude Tests as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor
*Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and online channels
*Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience on every call
*Listen actively to customer needs and resolve queries at first point of contact where possible
*Handle complaints and issues using strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
*Manage customer cases accurately using a CRM system
*Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions
*Maintain excellent call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Skills & Experience Required
*Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
*Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly
*Ability to explain information clearly, calmly, and professionally
*Good time management and efficient call-handling skills
*Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
*Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT applications
*A positive, proactive attitude with a strong team ethic
