Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver a comprehensive, customer-focused service within Leasehold Management, including administrative support and direct customer contact.
*Complete accurate and timely administrative and data-input tasks in line with agreed processes and KPIs.
*Produce and manage customer information requests such as management packs, lease documents, data uploads, and order raising.
*Contact customers to arrange access where required.
*Support customers and the Leasehold Manager by handling queries via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
*Collaborate closely with Call Handling, Property Maintenance, and Housing teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
*Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven administrative and data-input experience with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service skills with confident communication across phone, email, and in person.
*Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
*Ability to work efficiently, follow processes, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
*Experience delivering service within a regulated or process-driven environment is advantageous.
