Job Description:
Team Coordinator to CEO to £40,000
This exceptionally friendly financial services organisation have an excellent market reputation and are now looking for a new member of staff to work closely with the EA to the CEO in what will be a highly varied and interesting role.
The main function of the successful candidate will be to provide confidential and effective administrative, travel and secretarial support across the business but with a particular focus on the office of the Global CEO.
Duties
Provides an effective and confidential secretarial, calendar management, expense management and administrative service.
Provide proactive and effective travel management and oversight to Senior Management as and when required.
Co-ordinate travel arrangements both in the UK and overseas (e.g. schedules for business trips and conferences) to ensure effective timely and accurate planning. In conjunction following up on actions that need to be delivered.
Maintain an up-to-date, accurate and effective filing system and retrieval.
Responsible for the typing and preparation of creative, accurate presentations, meeting pack content including chasing, collating, printing and scanning documents as required and ensure they are produced on time.
Organisation of multiple team away days, proactive event organisation for social parties and other company gatherings.
